Job Summary:
- The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA from A and B category colleges preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
