About the Role
We're looking for a crazy-good Tech Talent Acquisition Lead who lives and breathes tech hiring. From interns to VPs, you'll be the person who knows where to find the gems, filters out the noise, and brings only relevant, high-caliber candidates to the table.
You'll work directly with the CTO, understand what's being built, and play a huge role in shaping the tech team. You're not just a recruiter - you're a tech whisperer, a team architect, and a culture filter.
What You'll Do
- Own all tech hiring end-to-end - from interns to leadership.
- Work directly with the CTO to understand who's needed, why, and what success looks like.
- Filter and share only relevant, high-potential profiles.
- Sense who will stick, deliver, and add to the culture-and who won't.
- Create and grow a tech hiring ecosystem (campuses, communities, referrals, etc.).
- Be out there-represent us at tech events, build networks, and actively drive tech branding and visibility.
- Be someone developers enjoy talking to-you get their world, even if you don't code.
- Lead hiring operations, process, and team.
You're Perfect If You:
- Have 7-12 years of tech hiring experience in fast-paced environments.
- Are crazy good at reading people and matching them with the right teams.
- Understand the difference between builders and buzzwords.
- Can smell a mismatch early-BS radar always on.
- Are proactive about building hiring channels, not just waiting for inbound.
- Can create trust with devs, not just recruiters.
- Are excited to own and evolve the entire tech hiring function.
