Global Strategy Manager
What youll do:
As a Global Strategy Manager, you will take on a broad range of strategic responsibilities, including:
- Work directly with the Executive Committee and senior business leaders to address high-priority strategic challenges
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to develop data-driven recommendations that influence key business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects that enhance growth, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to implementation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to business leaders, articulating strategic insights and facilitating decision-making across global teams.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes, implement new business models, and explore emerging trends to strengthen Organisation's market leadership.
- Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Savvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization.
- Ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion
within appropriate time frames.
- Ability to work efficiently and proactively with stakeholders in multiple time zones.
- Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates in times of increased workload.
- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high impact initiatives.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize business processes and identify efficiencies to reduce
costs while increasing effectiveness.
- High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent and predictable followup.
- Lead the creation and refinement of long-term corporate plans, ensuring they incorporate both short-term opportunities and
long-term aspirations.
- Strong understanding of Professional Services Opportunity Life cycle, Sales & Pipeline data & processes.
- Academic qualification: Master's Degree or MBA from a top tier institute.
Work experience: 3+ years, post MBA
- Proven experience in global reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles, preferably with consulting firms.
