To lead our next phase of growth and innovation, we are looking for three exceptional, results-driven Vice Presidents to join our leadership team. These senior leaders will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company and driving impactful transformations across our service offerings.

Role Overview:

As a Vice President in our Quality Engineering & Testing Services division, you will lead and inspire a team of professionals across multiple domains. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the strategic vision for our service offerings, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation through the integration of AI technologies. You will also work closely with C-suite executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Shape and execute the strategic vision for the Quality Engineering and Testing Services practice across Insurance, Retail, Energy & Utilities.

- Lead a high-performing team of QE experts, engineers, and domain specialists to deliver innovative and effective solutions to clients.

- Drive thought leadership in the domain of quality engineering, ensuring the adoption of modern practices, automation, and AI technologies.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of testing services, ensuring high-quality, on-time execution aligned with client expectations.

- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to track service performance, productivity, and client satisfaction.

- Develop and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across global teams.

Domain Expertise:

- Provide strategic insights and guidance on quality engineering best practices, particularly within the Insurance / Retail / Energy & Utilities sectors.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, especially in AI and automation, to continuously enhance service offerings.

Transformation & Innovation:

- Drive the digital transformation agenda within the organization, ensuring the integration of emerging technologies and methodologies to stay competitive.

- Lead initiatives to foster innovation in the testing lifecycle, from requirements gathering through test automation and continuous delivery.

People Leadership & Development:

- Mentor and develop senior leaders and teams within the quality engineering function, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

- Create and execute leadership development programs, succession plans, and talent retention strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored quality engineering solutions.

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Required Competencies:

- Technology Leadership: Proven expertise in quality engineering, software testing, and automation, with a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in testing.

- Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience in at least one of the key domains (Insurance, Retail, Energy & Utilities), with a deep understanding of the industry challenges and opportunities.

- People Management & Leadership: Strong track record of managing, mentoring, and developing senior teams across diverse geographies. A servant-leadership mindset with a focus on fostering growth and performance.

- Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in driving organizational transformation, integrating modern technologies and practices, and leading change within a fast-paced environment.

- Client-Centric Focus: Ability to engage with and influence C-suite executives at client organizations, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable service offerings.

- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.

- Business Acumen: Strong business sense with experience in driving growth, managing P&Ls, and aligning quality engineering services to business outcomes.

Qualifications:

- 25+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or a related field, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Director or equivalent).

- Proven experience in managing large, complex, multi-domain teams across the US, India, and potentially other global locations.

- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute.

- Familiarity with leading AI/ML technologies and their application in the testing landscape is highly desirable.

- Prior experience in one or more of the target sectors (Insurance, Retail, Energy & Utilities) is a strong plus.
