We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Lead to oversee and manage HR operations across a global employee base. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience. The right candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement through process optimization and HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Systems & Technology Manage and optimize HRIS platforms, ensure data accuracy, and lead new technology rollouts.

- Payroll & Benefits Oversee timely and compliant multi-country payroll and benefits administration in partnership with vendors.

- Process & Policies - Streamline HR processes, develop policies, drive automation, and maintain documentation.

- Compliance & Reporting - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, manage internal/external audits, and oversee filings.

- Employee Lifecycle - Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR-related queries.

- Contractor & Mobility - Administer contractor lifecycle and manage global mobility operations including immigration and relocation.

- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a small HR Operations team to ensure efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate/Master's in HR or related field.

- 12+ years of progressive HR Operations experience (global exposure preferred), including 2-3 years in leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and labor laws.

- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
