Role: Brand Manager.

Location: Sector 2/3, Noida.

Shift Time: 11 AM - 08 PM (Flexible).

Overview:

- As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the perception and recognition of our brand in the market.

- You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all channels and effectively resonates with our target audience.

- You will oversee the development of brand-related content, including website materials, brochures, videos, and presentations, and will be responsible for both planning and executing brand initiatives.

- Additionally, you will lead product marketing efforts, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and manage product launches to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Brand Positioning: Identify and articulate the unique value proposition of the brand, ensuring that it stands out in the market and effectively communicates its core values.

Product Marketing: Lead product marketing initiatives in collaboration with product and sales teams, developing value propositions, messaging frameworks, product collateral, and sales enablement tools that drive product adoption.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams for effective market entry and expansion.

Product Launching: Plan, manage, and execute product launches, including pre-launch readiness, cross-channel promotion strategies, internal communication, and post-launch performance analysis.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products/services, utilizing various channels such as digital media, print, events, and sponsorships.

Digital Marketing: Enhanced skill set with Social Media Optimization, SEO, Website marketing, content writing, video content, Newsletter, email marketing, Google Ads, and Classifieds.

Brand Identity Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual assets, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Promotion and Marketing: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote webinars and conferences, utilizing email campaigns, social media, and other channels.

Develop promotional materials, including event websites, brochures, and email templates, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies, and use insights to refine brand positioning, product messaging, and marketing plans.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and design, to ensure brand and product messaging consistency across all initiatives.

Brand Communication: Develop compelling brand messaging and narratives for different target segments and channels, including advertising, social media, PR, and customer communications.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launch success. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:.

- Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is mandatory; (Top-tier college degree is preferred).

Experience: 10+ years.

- Proven experience in brand management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles, with a track record of successful product launches and brand initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.

- Creative thinker with a passion for branding, storytelling, and marketing innovation.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and social media management software.
