International Business Development Manager

Description:

- This International Marketing & business development Manager Position is responsible for building and acquiring international clients for our organization (www.globalfpo.com) in the area of Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax Filing, Accounting, and Tax Advisory, Payroll, US GAAP/ IFRS financial statements outsourcing services.

- The purpose of this role is to work in Business Development along with the Business Development Team and other members of the operation to generate and manage a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and business plans.

- This will be achieved through working with the market research team, and lead generation team and connecting with clients, engaging with key stakeholders and potential partner organizations with subsequent action plans to convert opportunities into sales.

- This role will also be responsible for creating proposals for various potential clients.

- The business development Lead will expand on their existing network of contacts to sustainably grow the GlobalFPO business in line with sector/geographical targets.

- This position will be responsible for working across the globe including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, UAE, Dubai, etc.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for International Business development.

- Spearheaded new client acquisition in International Market and explored new market opportunities.

- Handling marketing activities for Overseas USA, UK, Europe, Australia Singapore, New Zealand, Taiwan, Japan, South Africa, Travel retail and India .

- Develop and generate new client leads by converting prospects to sales contracts.

- Create and present proposals to potential local and regional clients and follow up with professional and timely persistence.

- Would be responsible fixed the appointment and close new prospective.

- Develop your market-based relationships in CPA, Retail, Hospitality, Medical, High Tech, Construction, startup, and a broad base of other Industries.

- Work across the globe including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand

- Work with inbound leads and deliver a good closure rate.

- Business Development and Expansion.

Requirements:

- International Sales Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of International Business Development and Deal Closure also Brand Management.

- Experience in creative and aggressive sales prospecting, a hunter mentality

- MUST HAVE Professional and fearless presentation skills.

- Capability to build a strong rapport with existing and potential clients.
