As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the perception and recognition of our brand in the market. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all channels and effectively resonates with our target audience.


You will oversee the development of brand-related content including website materials, brochures, videos, and presentations, and be accountable for planning and executing brand initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving new product launches and product marketing strategies to ensure successful market entry and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and resonate with the target audience.

- Identify and articulate the unique value proposition of the brand, ensuring that it stands out in the market and effectively communicates its core values.

- Lead and coordinate brand and marketing activities for new product launches, from pre-launch planning through to go-to-market execution. Ensure all launch materials, campaigns, and messaging align with the brand's identity and market positioning.

- Develop and implement product marketing strategies, including competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional tactics to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

- Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products/services, utilizing digital media, print, events, and sponsorships.

- Demonstrate expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO), SEO, website marketing, content writing, video content, newsletters, email marketing, Google Ads, and online classifieds.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual assets, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

- Create and execute promotional strategies for webinars, conferences, and other events using email campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Develop and manage event-related materials such as websites, brochures, and email templates.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights to refine brand positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, design, and other departments to ensure brand and product alignment across all initiatives.

- Craft compelling brand messaging and narratives for different target segments and communication channels, including advertising, PR, social media, and customer engagement.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and product marketing initiatives, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. (Top-tier college degree is preferred)

- 10+ years of experience in brand management, new product launches, product marketing, or related roles.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand and product strategies.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Creative thinker with a strong sense of market trends and brand innovation.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficient in marketing tools/platforms including CRM systems, analytics tools, Google Ads, social media management, and email marketing platforms.
