Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are looking for a Global FP&A Manager to join our Finance Center of Excellence (CoE).

This role will report to the Director of Finance CoE in Navi Mumbai and work closely with the Corporate HQ Finance team in New York.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within a multinational organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances.

- Conduct segment P&L and SKU-level profitability analysis.

- Work with market leads to analyze revenue and gross margin trends.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Template & Report Management:

- Guide market teams in financial reporting and template submissions.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

- Coordinate with market leads and ensure accountability for reporting requirements.

- Communicate corporate financial expectations to relevant teams.

Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting and analysis.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and financial trends.

Operational Support:

- Work cross-functionally to analyze operating expenses (OPEX) and future financial expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- CA / MBA in Finance with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in corporate BP&A or FP&A roles within an MNC.

- Ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

- Strong skills in financial data analysis and reporting.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication skills for interaction with global teams.

- Strategic mindset with a metrics-driven and analytical approach.

- Ability to collaborate across markets and organizational levels.

Male Candidates: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Female Candidates: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
