Global Director - HR Business Partner

Title: Global Director, HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

Location: India, Remote (with monthly travel expected to India offices and annually to US).

Reports To: SVP, HR and dotted to Head of HR India.

Direct Reports: Regional HRBPs and other relevant team members.

Position Overview:

- The Global Director HRBPs will lead a team of strategic HR professionals supporting 5,000+ employees across India, US and Puerto Rico.

- This role is pivotal in aligning the HR function with the company's business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of performance excellence, engagement and inclusion.

- As a trusted partner to senior leaders and an advocate for employees, the Global Director HRBP will provide innovative HR solutions to address complex business challenges, enhance employee experiences, and build the talent pipeline required to sustain business growth globally.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e., SPHR, GPHR) preferred.

- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 8-10 yrs in leadership roles.

- Proven experience managing HRBP teams supporting a global workforce.

- Strong expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, engagement and employee relations.

- US & India labor law expert.

- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
