Global Data Operations Lead - Ahmedabad (Onsite)

- Data Operations & Process Improvement

- Oversee daily data processing, validation, and quality control

- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data operations

- Manage communication with stakeholders, executives, and product owners

Cloud & Big Data Technologies:

- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and major cloud services (Azure preferred)

- Experience with Big Data, NoSQL, and cloud databases

- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx)

Leadership & Team Management:

- Manage a global team for 24/7 data operations

- Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and oversee project completion

- Identify training and development opportunities for team members

Automation & Continuous Improvement:

- Build automations to optimize data processes

- Improve performance by implementing DevOps and DataOps frameworks

- Manage small to medium-sized projects related to data improvements

Stakeholder Communication & Business Impact:

- Work with executives, product owners, and teams to resolve data challenges

- Ensure data pipelines are efficient and aligned with business needs

Agile & Project Management:

- Experience with Agile methodologies

- Manage documentation and playbooks for data operations

- Work on cross-functional initiatives
