Gleneagles Hospitals - Manager - International Marketing

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager International Marketing, located in Bengaluru. The Manager International Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing market research and market planning strategies, working on international marketing initiatives, and driving sales efforts. This role involves coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, building relationships with international clients, and identifying new market opportunities to enhance Gleneagles

Hospitals' global presence.

Qualifications:

- Skills in Market Planning and Market Research

- Experience in International Marketing and general Marketing

- Proven Sales capabilities, should be able to get 30-40 lakhs businesses per month

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Candidate Should be willing to travel and having good understanding of middle-east market is added advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus

- Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous

Business Development:

- Identifying new Potential markets for Hospitals

- New Tie Up with HCFs, Doctors, Diagnostic Centres, Clinics, Hospitals, Corporate

Companies & Insurance companies:

- Increasing the patient flow & revenue for Hospitals

- Marketing initiatives like Medical/ Surgical Camps, CMEs, Promotion (Digital, Print & Electronic)

International Patient Operations:

- Creating SOPs for International Patient services (IPS)

- Monitoring the IPS and Patient Data

- Better services for International Patients

Queries:

- To Increase the flow of International Patient Queries

TAT to be between 2 Hrs - 24 Hrs

Follow up with every patient queries with patient, HCFs and other partners

Maintenance for Query Data/ MOUs/ Visa Invitation Letter
