Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising.
Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.
Present Role - HR Manager.
Reporting Managing Director.
Role overview:
- Create compelling and accurate job descriptions & scorecard to attract suitable candidates.
- Draft and post job openings on various platforms, both online and offline.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to source potential candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support the onboarding process.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, KRAs/KPIs/incentives of the employees and engagement initiatives.
- Manage HRMS software for employee records.
- Address employee queries, foster positive relations and support culture-driven training programs to align employees with organizational values.
- Execute outbound activities and ensure timely implementation.
- Provide insights to strengthen HR processes and contribute to organizational growth.
Required skill sets:
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Key Requirement:
- Qualification - MBA in HR.
- Location Ahmedabad.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Work Experience - 2-5 years.
