Role Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic corporate marketing lead to handle nationwide marketing and business development activities, coordinating with regional teams across zones.

- The role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive growth through consistent follow-ups, guidance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate with all marketing and business development personnel located across different zones of the country.

- Continuously follow up with regional teams to ensure timely execution of business development targets and marketing initiatives.

- Align regional business development efforts with central strategy, ensuring uniformity in messaging and execution.

- Monitor and review marketing performance metrics, providing feedback and corrective actions to achieve targets.

- Guide, mentor, and motivate marketing personnel to improve productivity and achieve desired outcomes.

- Develop and implement the companys overall marketing and brand strategy, including digital, branding, and offline campaigns, to drive growth and enhance visibility.

- Manage client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building strategies in coordination with BD teams.

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure cross-functional synergy.

- Handle budgeting and resource allocation for marketing activities across regions.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt strategies proactively.

Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing major and minor in finance, Business Development.

- 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development.

- Proven track record in managing regional teams across multiple zones.

- Strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills.

- Proven leadership with focus on accountability and results.

- Open to travel extensively across regions for business development and team coordination.

- Experience in corporate banking preferred.
