Role Overview:

Own end-to-end content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads. Lead a small team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, SEO-ready content that supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute content marketing initiatives that deliver traffic, engagement, and leads/sales.

- Research and write original SEO-ready content for websites, blogs, articles, infographics, case studies, emails, newsletters, and more.

- Incorporate SEO guidelines to improve website ranking and discoverability.

- Analyze, plan, create, and publish engaging, informative content aligned to brand objectives.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business goals.

- Ensure content quality and timelines across multiple initiatives.

- Track industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to refine strategy.

- Measure performance; use analytics to optimize content and improve outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

- UG: Any Graduate | PG: Any Postgraduate

- Must-have: SEO writing, blog & article writing, social media writing, team handling experience.

- Strong grasp of content marketing, research, and analytics/monitoring tools.

- Excellent written communication and deadline discipline.
