A well-capitalized, early-stage startup in the rapidly growing spirituality-tech sector is looking for a seasoned generalist to work directly with the Founder-CEO.
About the Role
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has strong execution chops, and is excited to help build a new category from the ground up. You will act as the right hand to the Founder CEO and help lead day-to-day operations while owning critical business functions, particularly day-to-day Ops, Marketing, Growth, and Partner Success.
You'll work closely with a dynamic set of partners and collaborators-ranging from coaches, guides, and content creators-to ensure programming and customer experiences are seamless, on-brand, and high quality. You will also be expected to build and scale the brand's marketing and content engine, with a customer-centric and data driven approach at the core.
This role is ideal for someone who has done a zero-to-one or one-to-ten journey before and is now looking to go deeper into building a meaningful, culture-defining business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generalist Leadership: Operate as a true extension of the founder-solving problems, unblocking teams, and driving operational excellence across the board.
- Business Operations: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution of live sessions, workshops, and collaborations.
- Partner Management: Work closely with the Partnerships Team to drive alignment, quality, and consistency in content and communication.
- Marketing & Content: Work cross-functionally - across brand, digital, social, performance - to ensure the marketing and content strategy are aligned and anchored in storytelling and user insight.
- Build Playbooks: In a largely uncharted industry, you'll have the opportunity (and responsibility) to build entirely new ways of doing things.
Ideal Profile
- 12-15 years of experience in high-growth startups, preferably in consumer-tech, D2C, or B2C environments.
- Proven track record in roles across operations, growth, marketing, and business leadership.
- Hands-on operator who has scaled businesses and built teams from scratch.
- Deep understanding of the Indian consumer-what they want, how they behave, and what they value.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders.
- Bias toward action, with a collaborative mindset.
- The role is based in Mumbai and it is a WFO role.
