About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic General Program Manager with 5-8 years of cross-functional experience in managing strategic programs, process improvement, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to scaling programs across multiple teams, with proven expertise in stakeholder management and business operations in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs from planning through execution.

- Define program goals, success metrics, roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure timely execution.

- Identify program risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.

- Monitor project health and provide consistent status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Drive alignment between teams and departments to ensure program efficiency.

- Conduct post-mortems, document learnings, and create scalable frameworks for future rollouts.

- Continuously optimize processes and bring in automation and tools where required.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in program management within product-based or high-growth tech companies.

- Demonstrated experience in handling multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of program lifecycle, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient with tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, Notion, Excel, and basic analytics dashboards.

- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and bring clarity.

- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is a strong plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in product-first companies like Swiggy, Meesho, Zomato, Razorpay, Flipkart, CRED, Zepto, Ola, Udaan, Unacademy, PhonePe, Paytm, or similar is mandatory.

- Candidates who have handled strategic programs impacting multiple business units will be prioritized.
