General Manager - Technology.

Location - Mumbai.

- We are hiring a General Manager to join our IT team.

- You will work with multiple business stakeholders, developers, partners, business analysts and report directly to the CTO.

- Your main tasks will include project planning, tracking & monitoring the ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery, preparing reports & dashboards and provide technical support to the team.

- To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communications skill, natural analytical way of thinking and be able to achieve deliveries even in unfavorable circumstances.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects.

- Arranging and facilitating discussions bring in all the relevant stakeholders in common forum to resolve the blockers and dependencies.

- Ensuring set processes are being followed and do corrective measures in case of breach.

- Tracking & monitoring all the open issues and drive those to closure.

- Interact with vendors/partners to highlight issues /dependencies and get those resolved.

- Monitoring the issue-tickets being raised about the product and drive them to closure.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

- Conducting meetings and presentations to exchange ideas and findings for requirement grooming.

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

- Working closely with clients, developers, and managerial staff.

- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

Qualification & Professional Experience :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 10 to 15 years of experience in project management / IT operations.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in cloud data services (e., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, Google BigQuery).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.

- Experience of back-end technology stack mainly in Java.(Mandatory).
