Job Description : We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional with 10+ years of experience to lead recruitment strategy, drive hiring excellence, and manage a high-performing team.

Client Details: Our client is headquartered in Hyderabad, specializes in providing talent-as-a-service solution, focusing on accounting and financial services.

Description:

Role Objective:

- Drive recruitment KPIs and strategies to meet company growth plans.

- Oversee talent attraction, selection, and hiring processes.


- Conduct screening and shortlisting to ensure high-quality hires.


- Lead structured, competency-based interviews with technical and behavioral assessments.


- Enhance candidate experience through an engaging and professional recruitment process.


- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.


- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and best practices.


- Hire employees who align with our organizational values and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance and direction.

- Establish fair, non-discriminatory, and effective recruitment systems.


- Develop and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.


- Oversee rigorous screening and shortlisting of candidates.


- Conduct and train hiring managers on behavioral interviewing techniques.


- Provide insights on psychometric testing and coach hiring managers on result interpretation.


- Support and coach client managers throughout the hiring process.


- Ensure a positive candidate experience by leading best-in-class candidate engagement.


- Drive team performance by setting and monitoring recruitment KPIs.


- Lead recruitment team meetings and effectively delegate tasks.


- Ensure completion of pre-employment verification and background checks


Profile:

- Degree qualified in human resources, business administration or commerce, or related field

- 10+ years' proven experience in recruitment position


- Recruitment Team leadership experience, and experience developing junior recruiters


- Experience working in global organisations, or communicating with offshore stakeholders


- Knowledge of Finance/Accounting sector highly advantageous, as is previous experience in the recruitment of accounting positions


- Strong behavioural interviewing skills


- Excellent language and communication skills


- Methodical and process driven to lead a structured recruitment process


- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems / Recruitment Information Systems to record and move candidates through an online system


- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


- Desirable: understanding of the value of and insights provided by psychometric testing tools
