GM Talent Acquisition - BPO or US Staffing
You'll lead the talent acquisition strategy, manage a recruitment team, and ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent, focusing on both BPO and US staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and a positive team environment.
Recruitment Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Sourcing and Candidate Attraction:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Hiring Manager Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure effective recruitment strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve talent acquisition processes.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Technology and Tools:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Budget Management:
- Manage the talent acquisition budget effectively.
Industry Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the BPO and US staffing industries, including relevant talent pools and competitive landscapes.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process and implement strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Should have 15-20 Years of Proven experience in leading talent acquisition functions within the US staffing or BPO & US Staffing industry.
2. Deep understanding of the US employment landscape, including relevant laws and regulations.
3. Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address recruitment challenges.
6. Leadership experience in managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team.
7. Strong business acumen and insight into the company's goals and objectives.
8. Ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders within the organisation.
9. Ability to analyse and interpret data and metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts.
10. Strong project management and organisational skills.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment.
