Job Description:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic GM / Sr.
GM - Sales & Marketing to lead our Gastro, ENT, and Multispeciality divisions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving national sales and marketing strategies, leading large teams, launching new products, and achieving business growth in a highly competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales and marketing strategies for the Gastro, ENT, and Multispeciality therapeutic segments.
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers, Zonal Managers, and Product Managers to ensure effective execution of business plans.
- Drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility across India.
- Plan and oversee new product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and formulate action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and Regulatory for smooth product lifecycle management.
- Monitor P&L, budgeting, and ROI on marketing spends.
- Conduct regular field visits and review meetings to ensure strong execution and team motivation.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and channel partners.
Candidate Requirements:
- B.Pharm / B.Sc with MBA in Marketing or related qualification.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in pharma sales & marketing, with a strong focus on Gastro, ENT, or Multispeciality therapies.
- Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business at a national level.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business needs.
