Job Description:


We are looking for a visionary and performance-driven GM / Sr. GM Sales & Marketing to head our Gynecology Division. This leadership role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing sales and marketing operations, and leading high-impact product launches across India.


Key Responsibilities:


- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the Gynecology portfolio across the country.

- Lead and manage a large team of Zonal Sales Managers, Regional Managers, and Product Managers.

- Identify new market opportunities and ensure successful product positioning and brand management.

- Plan and oversee the launch of new brands, marketing campaigns, and doctor engagement activities.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with gynecologists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and channel partners.


- Monitor and drive performance metrics, sales targets, market share, and profitability.

- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for seamless product operations.

- Ensure high team morale and capability development through regular training, field visits, and performance reviews.

- Handle budgeting, P&L accountability, and resource planning efficiently.


Candidate Requirements:


- B.Pharm / B.Sc with MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.

- 10-12 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales & marketing, with at least 5 years in the Gynecology segment.

- Proven track record of managing large teams and driving national-level strategies.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
