About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development professional specializing in land acquisition to join our team. The role requires identifying, negotiating, and securing land parcels for large-scale development projects while building strong relationships with landowners, government bodies, and other stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and evaluate potential land parcels suitable for development based on strategic requirements.


- Conduct market research, site visits, and feasibility analysis to shortlist land opportunities.

- Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and government agencies to secure land at optimal terms.

- Develop relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, local authorities, and communities.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes.

- Create and present detailed acquisition proposals and reports to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements during land acquisition.

- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field.

- Proven experience in land acquisition, business development, or real estate transactions.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze data, perform due diligence, and assess land suitability.

- Familiarity with land laws, government processes, and documentation requirements.

- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
