Location: Mumbai (Vasai)
Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing & Sales (preferred)
Designation: General Manager - Sales
Experience:
- 15-20 years of proven experience in Sales & Business Development
- Strong exposure to Pharma machinery, capital equipment, and tablet tooling sales
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and team leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales strategy, business development, and client acquisition for pharma machinery and tools
- Identify and build long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth through new market penetration and expansion of existing accounts
- Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Marketing) to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business goals
Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of pharma manufacturing equipment and tooling industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results in a competitive market
- Leadership experience in handling large teams and managing P&L responsibilities
