Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to provide market insights, customer feedback, and sales data, guiding the development of new and improved products in the bottle cap segment. Ensure that product offerings meet industry standards and customer demands.
- Market Penetration: Identify and target key regions across India and globally, where demand for liquor bottle caps is growing. Customize sales approaches based on regional dynamics, ensuring that the company's products gain traction in key markets.
- Receivables and Cash Flow Management: Ensure effective receivables management to optimize cash flow. Monitor outstanding amounts and develop strategies to minimize credit periods while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team. Mentor and train the team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on key metrics. Use this data to adjust strategies and improve sales processes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including major liquor brands and distributors. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Competitive and Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the liquor packaging industry. Use these insights to adjust B2B sales strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, production, and R&D teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and product delivery.
