Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic General Manager Sales to lead our enterprise sales efforts.

This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and establishing our company as a trusted partner.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex IT software solutions to large enterprises and a strong ability to engage with C-level executives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of up to 15 qualified large Enterprise accounts.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of our software and services.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, including CIOs, Managing Directors, and other C-level executives.

- Build and nurture relationships at executive levels within assigned accounts.

- Position and sell our solutions directly to the company's most strategic and complex named accounts.

- Conduct high-level presentations and negotiations to close large, complex deals.

- Carry a revenue quota and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Demonstrate continuous progress towards achieving account strategies and sales objectives.

- Identify, develop, execute, and maintain account strategies to drive adoption of IceWarp product and services revenue within assigned enterprise accounts who are key, strategic and may have complex requirements.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Presales, Support, Marketing, and Management, to leverage resources and ensure customer success.

- Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to sales management.

- Team Handling experience is must.

- Ensure accurate and timely forecasts in the CRM system.

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- 10+ years of experience in solutions sales, with a minimum of 3 years in establishing strategic executive-level relationships with Global 1000 enterprise customers.

- Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and close large, complex deals.

- Demonstrated track record of establishing strategic executive level relationships to position and sell software and services to listed companies.

- Strong ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong customer interaction at the Sr. Management level with support on forming a relationship with C level contacts within these accounts.

- Build up strategic contacts at CIO, managing director and executive level.

- Strong consultative selling skills, including critical questioning, active listening, analytical thinking, negotiation, communication, and presentation.

- Strong consultative selling ability - critical questioning, listening, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases for IT solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling qualitative and quantitative business cases for IT solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in selling IT software solutions to large enterprise accounts.

- Preferable from IT Software Company only
