Job Title: General Manager - Sales & Marketing.

Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai.

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing strategies for the Wires & Cables / Harness industry.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and achieving revenue targets in line with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets, business opportunities, and customer segments.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to ensure high performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen the company's market position.

- Oversee brand development, marketing campaigns, and product positioning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Design, and Logistics) to ensure seamless customer service.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present to management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and business ethics.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.

- 10-15 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing in the Wires & Cables / Electrical /Manufacturing industry.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage large teams and deliver results under deadlines.

- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and business expansion strategies.
