Job Description:
The General Manager - Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, and directing the company's sales and marketing functions. The role involves creating and managing communication across various media platforms, overseeing media planning and public relations, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand positioning.
Responsibilities :
1. Lead the development and execution of the company's sales strategy to meet business objectives.
2. Set, monitor, and drive sales targets to ensure consistent business growth.
3. Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs to expand market reach.
4. Maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies to increase customer retention and acquisition.
5. Establish sales processes and performance metrics to measure and improve sales efficiency.
6. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
7. Oversee project marketing, including product launches, sales tools, competitive analysis, and general sales support.
8. Manage branding efforts, including public relations, advertising, and participation in trade shows and events.
9. Lead social media and digital marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.
10. Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty and retention.
11. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
12. Develop and execute strategies to increase upselling and cross-selling opportunities
13. Develop and manage the entire sales and marketing budget effectively.
