Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own end-to-end marketing and sales strategies for luxury residential projects.
- Build brand positioning and execute go-to-market strategies to strengthen market presence.
- Leverage market intelligence and demand-supply insights to drive pricing and sales campaigns.
Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.
- Manage 34 projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent momentum and successful closures.
- Track and optimize the full sales funnel, from lead generation to closure.
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, build, and manage high-performing teams across sourcing, lead generation, and closing.
- Train, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve peak performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and ownership.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with HNIs, investors, and key market influencers.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience from inquiry through to handover.
- Stay ahead of customer expectations and market needs.
Project Lifecycle Involvement
- Play an active role in project launches, sales momentum, and closure.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure marketing and sales insights shape project positioning.
Reporting & Insights
- Provide regular updates to the Director on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Deliver insights on competitor strategies and customer behavior.
- Ensure transparent tracking of leads, conversions, and collection status.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Education:
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Experience:

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and handling multiple large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring sales teams.
