Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the CPVC segment.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to drive growth.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the CPVC industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and procurement professionals.
- Lead negotiations and contract closures aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
Account Management & Customer Retention:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to foster long-term relationships.
- Monitor and manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure project success for major clients.
Sales Operations:
- Optimize the sales process for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain and product development, to ensure smooth customer delivery.
Market Research & Customer Insights:
- Lead market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and enhance marketing efforts.
Team Management & Development:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Provide coaching, performance reviews, and development plans for team members.
- Ensure effective communication across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in CPVC, PVC or Polymer segment, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability growth
- Strong understanding of CPVC products, applications, and market dynamics.
Skills:

Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer data to make informed business decisions.
