a) Responsible for the Sales / Marketing of Electric Tractors including top line / bottom line growth through nationwide distribution network.
b) Responsible for all sales and business development activities including channel building / expansion, brand building, pricing, promotional strategies and Retail financing
c) Close liaison stake holders to plan & implement aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales, market share and profitability objectives of the division.
d) Maintaining key customer base, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and exploring growth opportunities.
e) Leading, training and motivating the team of highly competent sales / marketing professionals as form part of the key responsibilities.
f) Ensures the profitability of the dealership by overseeing the various departments which include variable operations (sales & financing), fixed operations (service & parts), and the business office (accounting & administration)
g) Planning, motivating and coordinating the dealership's management through leadership and solid business practices.
h) Effectively working on sales fore case on Monthly basis and work with production & SCM for availability of vehicles for sales.
i) Creating cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the dealership.
j) Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.
k) Overseeing the hiring and training of all department manager.
