General Manager - Real Estate

Candidate Requirements:

- Candidate must have a proven track record in commercial real estate development (e.g., malls, office buildings, industrial setups).

- Candidate must have minimum 20 years of experience in real estate project management.

- Need candidate having strong experience across the entire project lifecycle including planning, government approvals, vendor management, and execution.

- Need candidate with 10+ years of experience working with top-tier real estate firms such as DLF, Vatika, Unitech, etc.

- Candidate must have deep knowledge of construction norms, regulatory compliance, and legal approval processes.

- Candidate must have a well-established industry network within the real estate and construction ecosystem.

- Explore joint venture or joint development.

- Need candidate having experience in Capital Raising, Sales and Marketing.

- Identify new location for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall project development, planning, and execution of real estate assets

- Manage techno-commercial aspects of the project, including BOQ preparation, budgeting, and vendor negotiations

- Drive project execution, timelines, and quality, ensuring cost control and timely handover

- Identify, appoint, and manage architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers

- Supervise construction and property development activities, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.

- Liaise with government authorities for licenses, approvals, and permits

- Oversee banking and funding aspects of the project and maintain project P&L

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery

- Build and leverage an ecosystem of industry contacts including developers, regulatory bodies, and vendors

- Ensure end-to-end accountability from project planning to completion

- Identify new location for projects.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

- Masters degree preferred, especially in civil, urban planning, or related
