General Manager - Production/Planning & Control

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Production, Planning Control, and Dispatch teams across our locations in Bhopal and Ludhiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving production efficiency, implementing effective planning and control systems, and ensuring timely dispatch of products to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production:

- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives and customer requirements.

- Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

- Monitor and improve production processes to enhance quality, productivity, and safety.

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

2. Planning Control:

- Develop and manage production schedules, material plans, and inventory levels.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.

- Implement and maintain effective planning and control systems to optimize production and inventory management.

3. Dispatch:

- Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of products to meet customer requirements.

- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.

- Monitor and improve dispatch processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce lead times.
