We're looking for a seasoned professional to join a leading security solutions company as P&L Head-someone who can drive revenue, build high-performing teams, and lead complex project execution across enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Growth & P&L Ownership

- Lead end-to-end P&L operations ensuring revenue growth and strong EBITDA performance

- Develop and drive a 5-year strategic plan to scale revenue to - 150 Cr

- Identify new markets, partnerships, and solution offerings

Sales Leadership

- Build and manage a dynamic sales team focused on performance and client acquisition

- Define KPIs, monitor pipeline health, and expand enterprise client relationships

Project Planning & Delivery

- Oversee full project lifecycle from design and planning to execution and closure

- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery with operational excellence

Financial & Operational Oversight

- Manage budgets, forecasts, OPEX/CAPEX, and working capital

- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance

Team Building & Capability Development

- Recruit and mentor cross-functional teams

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture

Brand & Customer Experience

- Position the company as a trusted name in integrated security and ELV solutions

- Enhance client experience through service quality and strategic engagement
