Company details : A startup focused on connecting skilled grey-collar workers with employers through a hybrid hiring & staffing model. This individual will set up, scale & lead operations end-to-end with potential to grow into senior leadership roles over time based on business outcomes and demonstrated leadership.
- The role involves launching the business model with shortlisted employers & placing interested young professionals in collaboration with strategic skilling partners. The individual will be responsible for operational execution and co-ordination with all stakeholders - both internal & external.
KRAs:
- Build & Scale Operations: Establish processes, SOPs, technology integrations, and delivery mechanisms from the ground up.
- Employer & Worker Engagement: Manage relationships with employers; oversee worker mobilization, onboarding, and placements in partnership with skill development organizations and worker sourcing networks.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, tech, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- P&L & Compliance: Drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance with staffing and regulatory requirements, and manage cost optimization.
- Strategic Growth: Identify new sectors, cities, and partnership opportunities while executing pilots and scaling initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and build high-performing teams that embody a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
