Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

- Monitor repair processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

- Manage inventory of parts and materials, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians and support staff.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance skills and productivity.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality repairs and timely service.

- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.

- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding repair status and updates.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and financial transactions.

- Generate and analyze reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

- 3-5 years of experience in bodyshop, warehouse, or showroom operations within the automobile industry
