The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in new markets, new industries, new business lines and/or new manufacturing processes and generating revenue growth
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand market presence
- Building relationships with customers at the highest level of decision-making
- Expanding the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
- Developing and strengthening internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
- Building cross-functional teams to guide and nourish sustainable, long-term growth.
- Tracking emerging markets and trends.
- Fostering and working to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
- Identifying and recommending new services.
- Proposing and developing strategic partnerships.
- Helping to shape the company's long-term objectives and determining plans for how to meet them.
- Researching and identifying new markets and trends.
- Providing advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.
- Identifying sponsorship opportunities, including nonprofit engagement.
- Conducting webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
- Fulfilling requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
- Helping direct development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences
Mandatory Requirements:
Preferred Educational Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) with Masters in Business Administration in Marketing
MUST HAVE Skills :-
- Experienced in Plastic Manufacturing and allied Industries
- Will to work in Pune
- Open for extensive Travelling
Budget 25-35 LPA (Slightly negotiable depending on the skills set and experience of candidates)
