Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Brand Strategy + Consumer Insights Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, consumer insights initiatives, and marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth and brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations grounded in deep consumer understanding, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement long-term brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market positioning.

- Lead brand positioning efforts, ensuring alignment with company vision and market opportunities.

- Work with creative teams to ensure brand messaging, voice, and visual identity are consistent across all channels.

Consumer Insights & Market Research:

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer research (e.g., surveys, focus groups, ethnographies) to understand consumer behavior, needs, attitudes, and preferences.

- Analyze consumer trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform decision-making.

- Translate consumer data into actionable insights to drive product development, marketing strategies, and brand positioning.

Marketing Strategy Execution:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that are consumer-centric and results-oriented.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for maximum impact.

Campaign Development & Brand Activation:

- Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of brand campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.

- Coordinate the execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sales, creative, and analytics) to ensure strategic alignment and drive results.

- Provide guidance on consumer behavior and market dynamics to inform product and service offerings.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare and present reports on brand health, consumer insights, and marketing performance to senior leadership.

- Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to marketing tactics and brand strategy.
