About the Role :
- Setting up different channel and partnerships to get access to the clientele base and start getting leads
- Meet with wealth management firms and onboard them to enhance lead generation, conduct continuous follow up meetings to establish rapport and coordination.
- Benchmark best practices from other players/competitors and incorporate the same
- Market sizing of luxury segment in existing and new geographies and building targets around the same
- Establishing the luxury vertical presence - brochures, luxury deck, landing page etc. Take help from the product/tech team on building an online presence.
- Close the initial set deals and create a playbook to be followed going forward. Bring growth every month and ensure growth in the biz.
- Once processes are set and leads start flowing ,set up a team of Client Advisors and nurture them into seasoned experts through hand holded trainings
- Review lead by lead with the team and capture dispositions for tracking of intent, visit stage etc.
- Bring out of the box ideas to the table to bring impactful change
- The luxury team will be a group of Sales Representatives who others will look up to for their assertiveness, on the spot thinking and composure - all qualities required while dealing with high value clients. The candidate would be the person who would sow the seeds for the same.
