Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential new markets and assess their viability for the company's pharmaceutical products.
- Develop comprehensive international market entry strategies, including pricing, product positioning, and distribution channels.
- Analyze competitor landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Business Development and Sales Growth:
- Lead the identification and development of key strategic partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and healthcare providers in international markets.
- Oversee sales teams across different regions, setting sales targets and ensuring achievement of revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international clients.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements regarding drug registration, import/export procedures, and product labelling.
- Monitor regulatory changes and adapt business strategies accordingly.
Product Launch and Marketing:
- Lead the launch of new products in international markets, including market positioning, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized marketing strategies tailored to specific regions.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Build and manage a high-performing international business team, including sales managers, market research analysts, and regulatory specialists.
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and legal to ensure smooth execution of international business operations.
Qualification And Experience:
1. B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing with 10- 15 years in International Business handling in Pharma Industry.
2. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including product development, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics.
3. Proven track record of success in international business development, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
6. Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams across different geographical regions
7. You should be strategic thinker with extensive marketing experience and strong operational capabilities at global level.
8. You should have good knowledge of developing new markets, implementing strategy in Regulated market for Pharma formulations
9. You should be good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
10. You should be able to work with multidepartment & multicultural team.
