General Manager Human Resources (PHARMA)
Oversees all aspects of the HR function, including strategy development, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance. Work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives, ensuring a strong and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, including workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
Talent Management:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to safety and ethics in the pharmaceutical industry.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage a performance management system that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
HR Operations:
- Manage HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits, and record-keeping.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Proven experience of 15+ Years in HR management, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and related regulations.
2. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and ethical practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
6. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Ability to effectively address employee relations issues and other challenges.
8. Proficiency in HR systems and software.
9. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GLP/GMP guidelines, and other relevant regulations.
10. Handle employee data with strict confidentiality, adhering to data privacy regulations.
11. Promote a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
12. Attract and retain talent with specialized skills and knowledge in research, development, and manufacturing.
13. Foster employee engagement and motivation in a demanding and fast-paced industry.
