General Manager - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, L&D, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Partner with business leaders in aligning workforce planning with production and project requirements.
- Drive organization development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
- Oversee IR, statutory compliance, and maintain harmonious industrial relations in a shop-floor intensive environment.
- Implement effective HR policies, systems, and best practices tailored to manufacturing setups.
- Champion culture-building initiatives, safety practices, and employee welfare programs.
Key Requirements:
- Postgraduate in HR / IR / Personnel Management (MBA / MSW / PGDHRM).
- Experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/automotive sectors.
- Proven experience in managing HR in a unionized setup or plant environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
