- The General Manager - Total Rewards will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits & performance management.
- Oversee the annual compensation cycle, including salary planning, merit increases, promotions, and adjustments, Preparing increment simulations for increment budget approvals, variable payouts, ESOPs allocation - basis business performance, market survey trends & other relevant factors.
- Monitoring LTIP policy (ESOPs), monitoring overall pool status, new joiner allocation & performance allocation
- Create and manage compensation, benefits, and recognition policies to ensure clarity and alignment with company values and regulatory standards.
- Establish and refine total rewards frameworks, leveraging market data to support competitive positioning while managing internal equity.
- Lead market benchmarking processes by partnering with external vendors to assess competitive positioning.
- Conduct pay equity and gap analyses, making recommendations for adjustments to maintain equitable compensation practices.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including employee insurance, leaves, loyalty, retirement, car lease and others. Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize benefits offerings.
- Develop performance and recognition programs that support a high-performance culture.
- Align recognition initiatives with the company's values to foster engagement and drive performance.
- Assess and adjust programs based on employee feedback and industry trends.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of total rewards programs, making recommendations based on insights and showcase reports and presentations to management.
- Lead the total rewards workstream during M&A due diligence.
- Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment on total rewards initiatives.
Desired Profile:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP) is plus.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in total rewards management, compensation and benefits administration.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation strategies, benefits programs, and recognition practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, HRMS, HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms).
