Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale hotel projects for the Group. This role demands extensive experience in hotel construction, MEP, project management, cost control, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration. The individual will oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and budget constraints.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for luxury hotel developments, ensuring adherence to DS Group's quality and branding standards.
- Drive project feasibility studies, master planning, and site evaluation for new hotel projects.
- Oversee design coordination, architectural planning, and MEP services integration.
Budgeting, Cost Control & Procurement:
- Define project budgets, secure approvals, and implement cost-control measures.
- Lead procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and contract finalization for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Construction & Quality Management:
- Supervise on-site execution, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and government regulatory bodies.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Collaborate with internal leadership, operations teams, and external partners to align project deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
