Our client is a 10k+cr Turnover organization dealing in multiple agri, confectionary , spice business globally.

Job Title: Sr. GM / GM - HORECA Business

Reporting to: Business Head / Associate Business Head

Location: Noida ( WFO)

1 and 3rd - Saturday working

Exp: 18+years

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HORECA Head to lead our business growth in the institutional, hotel, restaurant, caterer, GEMS, government entities, tender-based contracts, school, halwai, and cloud kitchen segments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets, focusing on HORECA segments.

2. Sales Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and expand distribution networks.

3. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in:

- Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers

- GeM for Government entities

- Tender-based contracts

- Schools and institutions

- Halwai and cloud kitchens

4. Tender Management-: Develop and execute strategies to win tender-based contracts and government entity business.

5. Market Development: Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to drive business growth.

6. Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to develop new products or variants that cater to HORECA segment needs.

7. Distribution Network: Establish and manage efficient distribution networks to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.

8. Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.

9. Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 18+ years of experience in FMCG sales, marketing, or business development, with a focus on HORECA segments. (MBA/ PGDM as preferred).

2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, particularly in spices and seasonings.

3. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.

4. Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

5. Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

6. Network: Established network of contacts in HORECA segments, including government entities and tender-based contracts.
