General Manager - Grain based Ethanol

Grain Based Ethanol DGM/GM Position.

Position: Deputy General Manager/General Manager (Grain Based Ethanol).

Qualification: B-Tech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 10-15 years.

Job Description:

- Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our grain-based ethanol operations.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ethanol production processes, with strong technical expertise in chemical engineering and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete production process of grain-based ethanol, from raw material procurement to final product distribution.

- Manage plant operations to optimize production efficiency, yield, and quality.

- Lead and develop a team of engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel.

- Implement and maintain safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

- Develop and manage operational budgets and capital expenditure plans.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and logistics.-

- Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

Technical Skills Required:

- Comprehensive knowledge of grain-based ethanol production processes.

- Experience with fermentation technologies and distillation processes.

- Understanding of grain handling, milling, and storage systems.

- Proficiency in process control systems and automation.

- Knowledge of effluent treatment processes related to ethanol production.

- Familiarity with renewable energy regulations and compliance.
