- Overall responsible for Production, Productivity , Yield & all other aspect of Food Manufacturing facility
- Manage the daily operations of food production, including planning, coordinating, and supervising production schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency
- Support inventory management, including tracking inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operational performance
- Participate in quality control initiatives, conducting regular inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards
- Food Technologist + MBA having experience in Mayonnaise, Tomato Ketchup, sauces, Syrups & allied products
