General Manager - Financial Reporting

About:

- Implementing & oversee all sides of accounting operations

- Coordinate for preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly financial reports from the team members and auditors

- Finalization of financial statements (IND AS).

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

- Develop & present board decks & financial presentations.

- Provide analytical insights into business performance.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act, SEBI, and other regulatory requirements.

- Evaluating and driving cost-saving initiatives, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and profitability enhancement.

- Managing the finance and accounting team, overseeing growth opportunities, bridging skills gaps, and managing talent for team growth.

- Leading cash flow management, optimizing working capital, liquidity, and capital allocation to support ongoing operations and future growth.

- Developing process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the general accounting function .

- Conduct regular financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.

- Lead and mentor the team to foster collaboration, improvement and high performance.

- Understanding of IFRS and IndAS frameworks to ensure compliance and standardization across financial operations.

- Understanding of Taxation ( Both Direct and Indirect Tax ) including Custom and RBI regulatory compliances
