General Manager/Director - Actuarial - Financial & Retirement Services - Captive MNC

A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive MNC in Insurance/Brokerage business, are seeking AVP in the Financial & Retirement Service domain.

Mandatory Ask- An ideal candidate will be managing Actuarial (for Pension & benefits) and Investment Consulting (for US/UK regions) vertical

- Candidate will managing the actuarial delivery, will be transformation leader, will be leading the wealth analytical services

- They should be FRM or CFA certified, or Actuarial papers cleared

- They will be responsible for developing the capability for both the verticals of Investment Consulting and Actuarial

- They should have strong people management experience initially they will manage a headcount of 100-200 employees.

- We can look for a combination of skills having experience in Employee benefits +Insurance + Pensions.

- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to manage and understand the project scope. Transition the new business from offshore to onshore.

- Technical Research: Contribute to research in assumption setting, longevity, technical accounting, annuities, and benefit testing and document the findings as the candidate will also act a Site head.

- Collaborated with global stakeholders to create customized solutions that drive business results.
