- Strategizing, Planning, and Managing all Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing activities
- Taking insight-driven approaches toward media strategy and planning. Identify trends & insights through AppsFlyer and other tools to optimize media budgets and deliver media efficiency.
- End to End responsibility for managing agency for digital marketing campaigns of new user acquisitions, retargeting campaigns via Google/Facebook/DV360/Search/Programmatic/affiliates and etc
- Responsible for KPIs of Customer Acquisition Cost, Conversion Rates, CTR, CPL, CPM etc
- Optimizing creatives and ad sets across platforms to drive high efficiency.
- Managing affiliate marketing channels while ensuring the best quality users and minimizing fraud and driving good reliability
- Reporting campaign results along with funnel trends and projections
- Developing optimization strategies that increase the company's organic visibility on Search (Google) and overall Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance and ASO performance.
- Responsible for managing DE Comms channels - clevertap as a CRM engine, know nuggets, SMS, whatsapp and other channels like IVRS
- KPIs owned will be for improving reach, CTR and incremental sessions per weekly active delivery partners

- Self-driven and a strong bias for action, fitment in startup culture
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Paid Marketing ecosystem, attribution models, and segmentation/personalization on external communication channels.
- Expertise in Google, Facebook, Programmatic, Affiliates, and digital mobile marketing channels.
- Hands-on knowledge on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive organic growth is a plus
- Experience with a B2C consumer tech/e-commerce platform, preferably in a growth marketing role or marketing agencies
- Hands-on knowledge of managing CRM tools like moengage, Clevertap etc is a must
